These Service Provider Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation as a Service Provider (“Provider”) on our Tanker Tap platform (“Platform”). By registering and offering services via the Platform, you agree to comply with these T&Cs and all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Failure to adhere may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

2. Definitions

  • Tanker Tap: A mobile app developed by Vana NextGen Technologies for booking water tankers.

  • Service: Water delivery provided by Providers through the Platform.

  • User: A person or entity booking water delivery via the Platform.

  • Platform: Includes the Tanker Tap app, website, or any digital interface.

  • Provider: Independent third-party operators of water tankers (trucks, tractors, trailers) registered to fulfill delivery orders.

3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Legal Compliance

  • You must be legally authorized to operate water delivery services.

  • You must possess valid licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance.

  • Adherence to all transport, safety, environmental, and water quality regulations is mandatory.

3.2 Accurate Registration

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business details.

  • We reserve the right to verify all submitted information.

  • You are responsible for securing your login credentials.

4. Vehicle-Specific Policies
4.1 Truck Delivery

  • Ensure trucks meet listed capacity and are regularly maintained.

  • Trucks must access standard delivery locations; report limitations promptly.

4.2 Tractor and Trailer Delivery

  • Vehicles must meet capacity and safety standards.

  • Confirm road accessibility before accepting orders.

  • Operators must be trained in safe handling and emergency procedures.

5. Service Obligations
5.1 Water Quality

  • Delivered water must comply with applicable quality regulations.

  • Regular testing is required with documented results.

  • You may be liable for any non-compliant water deliveries.

5.2 Timely Deliveries

  • Deliver within scheduled timeframes.

  • Communicate delays promptly via the Platform.

5.3 Equipment and Conduct

  • All delivery tools must be in working condition and compliant.

  • Maintain professional behavior during all interactions.

6. Pricing and Payments
6.1 Pricing Structure

  • Pricing is set by Vana NextGen Technologies with your input.

  • Unauthorized price modifications are not permitted.

6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed weekly via the Platform.

  • No direct User payments are allowed.

  • Commissions are deducted per agreed terms.

7. Order Cancellations and Penalties
7.1 Obligations Upon Acceptance

  • Accepted orders are binding.

  • Unauthorized cancellations will incur penalties.

7.2 Non-Compliance Penalties

  • Fines, payment withholding, or account suspension may apply based on violation severity.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Wrong Address

  • If delivery fails due to User error, notify us.

  • Rebookings are allowed; fees may apply.

8.2 Inaccessible Roads

  • Notify both User and Platform immediately.

  • A partial fee may be charged if delivery is attempted but not completed.

9. Marketing and Branding
9.1 Vehicle Branding

  • Display provided promotional materials visibly and maintain them properly.

9.2 Brand Compliance

  • Avoid marketing that misrepresents or damages our brand.

  • Unauthorized use of our IP is prohibited.

10. Quality and Quantity Assurance
10.1 Water Quality

  • Meet legal standards; maintain testing documentation.

  • You may be held accountable for any quality-related issues.

10.2 Quantity Assurance

  • Ensure delivery quantity matches User order.

  • Disputes will be investigated by the Platform.

11. Compliance with Company SOPs
11.1 SOP Adherence

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures provided by Vana NextGen Technologies.

11.2 SOP Violations

  • Violations may result in fines, withheld payments, or termination.

12. Legal Agreement and Compliance
12.1 Legal Binding

  • These T&Cs are a legally binding agreement.

  • You must comply with all local, state, and national laws including water quality, environmental, and labor laws.

13. Termination
13.1 Grounds for Termination

  • Breach of T&Cs, repeated non-compliance, legal violations, or misconduct may result in termination.

  • Use of such data is strictly limited to service purposes.

15. Intellectual Property

  • All branding and IP are owned by Vana NextGen Technologies.

  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

16. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation.

  • Unresolved issues will proceed to binding arbitration in Chickmagalur, Karnataka.
