5. Nature of Service

We are not the direct supplier of water or transportation.

We are not liable for acts or omissions of Service Providers.
6. Water Quality

Source Compliance: All water must originate from approved sources meeting legal quality standards.

Regular Testing: Service Providers must conduct and document regular water quality checks.

Customer Concern: If water appears unsafe, contact us immediately. We may issue a replacement or refund after investigation.
7. Pricing

Transparent Charges: All pricing is displayed during booking.

Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices confirmed at booking will be honored.

Extra Charges: Any additional services (e.g., long hose, wait time) will be clearly communicated.
8. Cancellations
8.1 User-Initiated:

Before Dispatch: Full refund possible; cancellation fee may apply.

After Dispatch: Partial refund based on expenses incurred.
8.2 Provider-Initiated:

We will notify you and arrange an alternative. If not available, a full refund will be issued.
8.3 Force Majeure:

In events beyond control (natural disasters, etc.), both parties are released from liability. We’ll help reschedule.
9. Delivery Issues
9.1 Wrong Address:

No refund for failed deliveries due to incorrect address.

You may rebook, but charges will apply.
9.2 Inaccessible Roads:

A fee may be charged for attempted delivery.

Delivery may be rescheduled once access is resolved.
10. Rewards Program

Earning: Points or rewards for bookings, referrals, and promotions.

Redeeming: Can be used for discounts or special offers.

Expiry: Rewards may expire; check the Platform for details.

Changes: We may modify or end the program at any time without notice.
11. User Responsibilities

12. Prohibited Activities

17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these terms. All rights to use the Platform will cease immediately.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Vana NextGen Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Service Provider Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation as a Service Provider (“Provider”) on the Tanker Tap platform.
By registering and offering services through the Platform, you agree to these T&Cs and all applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards. Violation of these T&Cs may result in suspension or termination of your account, and legal action where applicable.
2. Definitions

Tanker Tap: The mobile application operated by Vana NextGen Technologies for booking water tankers.

Platform: Website, app, or any other digital interface offered by Vana NextGen Technologies.

Service: Water delivery services provided by you (the Provider) to Users via the Platform.

User: Any person or entity requesting water delivery via the Platform.

Provider: Independent water tanker operators (including trucks, tractors, and trailers) registered to offer services on the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Legal Compliance
By registering as a Provider, you affirm that:

You are authorized to operate water delivery services legally in your area.

You hold all valid licenses, permits, and approvals.

You maintain insurance for your vehicles, equipment, and delivery operations.
-
You comply with safety, environmental, and transportation laws.
3.2 Accurate Registration

Information Accuracy: Submit and maintain up-to-date information (vehicle details, documents, insurance, etc.).

Verification: We may verify your credentials and perform background checks.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities on your account.
4. Vehicle-Specific Policies
4.1 Trucks

Must adhere to listed capacity—no overloading allowed.

Must be maintained, roadworthy, and legally compliant.
-
You must notify Users and the Platform immediately if your vehicle can’t reach a destination.
4.2 Tractors and Trailers

Must be suitable for off-road or rural deliveries.
-
Must meet legal and safety standards.
-
Operators must be trained and follow road safety protocols.
5. Service Obligations
5.1 Water Quality

Must comply with local/national water quality standards.
-
Regular testing and documentation are mandatory.

You are liable for any damages caused by unsafe or non-compliant water.
5.2 Timely Deliveries

Deliver on time as scheduled. Repeated delays may lead to penalties.

Immediately inform Users and the Platform of any delays.
5.3 Equipment & Conduct

Keep equipment in working and hygienic condition.
-
Maintain professional behavior at all times during service delivery.
6. Pricing and Payments
6.1 Pricing

Prices are set by the Platform in consultation with you.

Unauthorized pricing or hidden fees are prohibited.
6.2 Payment

All payments must go through the Platform. Direct collection from Users is not allowed.

Weekly payouts will be made after deducting commissions, fees, and taxes.

Commission rates are disclosed during onboarding.
7. Cancellations and Penalties
7.1 Order Acceptance

Once you accept an order, it becomes legally binding.

Cancellations are not allowed unless approved due to valid cause.
7.2 Penalties

May include monetary fines, suspension, withholding of payments, and possible legal action.

Assessed based on severity, impact, and history of violations.
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Wrong Address

User is responsible for providing correct address.

If incorrect, notify the Platform. Delivery may be reassigned or canceled.
8.2 Inaccessible Roads

If access is blocked, immediately inform the User and Platform.

A partial fee may be charged for attempted delivery.
9. Marketing and Branding
9.1 Promotional Material

You must display banners, stickers, or branding materials provided by Vana NextGen Technologies.

Keep these materials visible and in good condition.
9.2 Brand Integrity

Do not misrepresent the company or misuse logos and marketing content.

Avoid promotional activities that may damage brand reputation.
10. Quality and Quantity Assurance
10.1 Water Quality

You are legally responsible for delivering clean, safe, and certified water.

Keep testing records ready for inspection.
10.2 Quantity Assurance

Delivered water quantity must match the order.

Disputes will be investigated, and you may be required to provide supporting documentation.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures issued by Vana NextGen Technologies covering:

11.2 Violations
Violations may result in fines, suspension, termination, or payment holds.
12. Legal Agreement & Compliance

By accepting these T&Cs, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Vana NextGen Technologies.

13. Termination
